Stephanie Jones Strategies to provide constituent correspondence training to U.S. Congressional Offiices

Stephanie Jones Strategies has been hired by the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) to provide constituent correspondence training to Congressional staff.

According to CMF’s new report, How Citizen Advocacy Is Changing Mail Operations on Capitol Hill, released this week, Congressional offices are receiving between 200% to 1,000% more constituent communications than they were ten years ago.
